Asist may take on work on behalf of other advocacy organisations if we have capacity and under the following conditions:

• Where we have capacity to support with your request.
• Once we confirm we have capacity to support, you must fully complete and return any documents we send to you; we will not chase for updates or completion of any paperwork. If the commissioning documents are not completed in full, have missing information, have not been returned, or where there is no return contact from you within a month, we will close your Spot Purchase Enquiry.
• You agree to our rates and payment process, no other rates or methods of payment will be considered.
• Where you request support with eligible advocacy tasks. We cannot accept requests that are outside of our advocacy roles.
• Where you request support with multiple tasks across different advocacy services, more than one spot purchase agreement may need to be made. (Example: Care Act and RPR)

The information you provide will be used to review the request and decide whether we are able to provide support. Asist reviews Spot Purchase enquiries every Monday and will inform you as soon as possible if we will accept your request.
